Built on craft. Driven by vision.
Schwarz Carpentry was founded in 2020 with a simple goal: to build meaningful spaces while creating a better balance between work, family, and community. After years of working long hours in residential and commercial construction, Levi took a leap of faith—combining his hands-on experience with his wife's shared passion for thoughtful design—to start something of their own.
Today, we are proud to help bring our clients’ visions to life through quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and personal care. We are grateful for every project we’re trusted with and look forward to helping even more families create spaces they love.
Why choose us
Schwartz Carpentry was built around family, craftsmanship, and the desire to create something meaningful. We understand that a home is more than a project or an investment—it's where families grow, gather, and build memories. That perspective shapes how we approach your work and the relationships we build with our customers.
Your Vision Comes First
Rather than approaching every project with a one-size-fits-all solution, we start by listening to what the customer wants to accomplish. From custom home plans to complete interior transformations, the goal is to create a space that reflects the people who will live in it.
Design Meets Craftsmanship
Our understanding of both construction and design brings creativity and practicality together. We consider not only how a space will look, but how it will be built, how it will function, and how the details work together.
Thoughtful Planning Before Construction
Through detailed drafting, room-by-room 3D visualization, and advance finish selections, we help homeowners make important decisions before construction begins. This creates a clearer picture of the finished space and can reduce avoidable changes, uncertainty, and surprises along the way.
Personal Relationships, Rooted in Community
Schwarz Carpentry was built around family, craftsmanship, and the desire to create something meaningful. We understand that a home is more than a project or an investment—it's where families grow, gather, and build memories. That perspective shapes how we approach our work and the relationships we build with our customers.
Our vision
To make thoughtful design accessible, helping homeowners turn ideas into well-planned spaces that reflect their vision, support their lifestyle, and stand the test of time.
Our mission
At Schwartz Carpentry, our mission is to transform ideas into practical, thoughtfully designed plans that empower our clients to move forward with confidence. More Than Building. Bringing Your Vision to Life.
At Schwarz Carpentry, we believe a successful project begins long before construction. By combining practical building experience, thoughtful design, and a personalized approach, we help our clients turn ideas into well-planned spaces that reflect their vision. From the first sketch to the finishing details, we're committed to clear communication, quality craftsmanship, and creating spaces that serve our customers and our community for years to come.

Thank you Levi and Schwarz Carpentry for completing my mom's bathroom. She loves the new flooring, toilet and addition of new meets old. You managed to keep the original 60s look of counter, 70s tile and add a nice warm touch! Absolutely beautiful!
